We have noticed a number of new web sites and supply houses lately advertising various types of garage floor coatings, sealers and paints.  While these products may or may not be high quality products, we see that they are simply selling a single system or product for everyone's floor.  While this narrows down your selection and makes it easy to decide which to buy (usually based on price alone), it may not be the answer for your garage floor.  This could cause you to make a mistake that could cost hundreds or thousands of dollars to correct.  As an example, a product that works well in sunny Florida and California, may not work at all in the changing climates of Maine, Wisconsin etc.  One very nice web site, that comes to mind, even has a business opportunity posted, that tells how you can get rich quick selling and or installing these products.  I would beware of companies such as this.
